Non-Promiscuous NAT basically means that your game can't connect with the Gamespy server and vice versa.
That's because your Router blocks connections that go through those ports.

In case you don't know how to forward a port in your Router or if you do it the first time, check this:
Portforward.com

1. Forwarding

First you have to go into your router by typing its IP in your Internet Browser.
Typical IP's can be: 192.168.1.1 or 10.0.0.138. You can find the router's IP by locating the Gateway in your Network Connection Detail Bar.
Windows XP: Control Panel -> Network Connections -> Wire or Wireless Connection -> View Status -> Details
Windows Vista: Network And Sharing Center -> Manage Network Connections -> Wire or Wireless Connection -> View Status -> Details

2. Ports

Men of War & Men of War: Assault Squad

TCP 80; 6667; 28910; 29900; 29920
UDP 3210; 27900

Additionally you can enable all GameSpy ports:

3. Notes

If you have a Software Firewall, you need to add the ports to that firewall too.
