So how is this game today?
Hi there, i have not tried to game before, but i have played Faces of War though, and i am curious about this since its very hard nowadays to find people on FoW that is not your LAN buddies how is this game? Is it still active with players? Does this game has CO-OP mode like FoW were you can play with human players against AI's?
Please tell me your personal opinions about this game, cause im very interested in buying it :-)

In MoW you also have a CO-OP mode, you just play the game campaign, the missions included give a varied experience, but the best part is doing the missions with other people.
Although, you should consider getting AS instead if you want a multiplayer experience, since the MP part is somewhat better in Assault Squad, and the overall feeling of the game gives an online feeling to it, even though they removed the Free For All combat mode.
But if you still feel like getting MoW, just for the singleplayer missions and FFA gamemode, then be prepared to either see some russians, or an empty room, since most people forgot about MoW and went towards AS, at least from what I've gathered.
So if you want a lot of custom missions with a certain goal that isn't just capture all points, go with MoW or any other SP addon, but if you want a MP experience, go with AS. This is not accounting for the mods, but if you would account for them, then go with AS, since there's only a few mods that haven't been made compatible with AS, mainly the russian mods.
The overall point of this post is:
Get MoW if you want SP with custom missions
Get AS if you want MP with regular skirmishes

If you want to know, just look at the Best Way forums, because if you can get over the language barrier, there should be no problem finding a game with people to play. That is based on the fact that people are still making mods for MoW, and the main mods in question are very large scale, the WiW:V and WW1. And considering the average player and his PC, he should be able to run the game without much of a lag, but there may be the rare case where the person has horrible lag and FPS.
But still, to have a good game there, you would have to know russian, because if you don't understand a thing they are saying, it's not that easy to start a match with more than 2 people in it, if you understand what I'm trying to say.
So to answer your question, yes, but only if you know russian.

Alright, i understand. Tbh it was not a problem in FoW to play games with Russians, but etc if they had rules and only said it in Russian there was problems. But in the games tbh there was not problems, maybe bad connections and all that. How is that btw in the game? Is it still so bad if 1 person has problem with their computers? Etc in FoW when you drove in to broken vehicles you could make everyone in the game lag even if you were the one driving over the destroyed tanks and that. That is gone in MoW right?

If a person is having connection problems, it will show, since other people will also experience the lag. So basically, the game FPS and ping will be relative to the lowest FPS and highest ping. Now, this is with AS and the improved netcode, so it may be a bit worse in MoW, considering it's getting a bit outdated with time.
To answer your question, no.
