Thanks for your work.
Could you, please, lay out game progress string for these to add to the game's game progress txt: I don't have want to play them all through, but would rather have them all available for playing.

Yea its easy to do that, I plan to have it included with the russian conversion once I have the final 9 mission version ready, should be within 1-2 days.

Great for doing this !
Men of War with the fresh Assault Squad look.
I guess you intend to convert the whole of Men of War ?
I can delete the old 3.5gb dvd game off my 60gb SSD and free-up space
The "Evacuation" is my favorite Russian mission.
About the Penal Battalion mission, I always thought the German attack at the end was very weak.
An improvement would be to add more tanks and men to the German attack.

I am considering altering that attack a bit and yes I remember it was weak, I am converting only russian campaign cause of the better soldier models only available for russian/germans etc.... I have converted one torch mission before though for fun ( dj_mow_torch.7z.

Well I just managed to finish the mission on hard. It was a real strugle all the way through but finally did it. The last attack was quite weak indeed... I could have defended against ten times the troops that actually attacked. But I see you say you are going to tweak it. All in all GOOD WORK!

I have finalized everything but night sneak just now(not released updated ver for now). Also thanks for pointing out some things Mad_Morgan.
- On penal unit mission I have fixed some of those nkvd officers being invincible, now they can all be killed if you desire.
- I have adjusted first mission a bit and tweaked the kv1 with some script being unneccesary and removed some conditions that if you got kv1 turret damaged or engine mission was fail, now unless u sink the tank or get hull damaged/destroyed you will be fine. As for being unable to load ammo into the gun just double click on the shell in the inventory and it should work if that happens, I found no reason for this in script.
- I will try to playtest sevastpool and finish night_sneak by tomorrow.

About [Germany] Castle - June 1944 mod from page 9, post #83 of this topic.
I am really enjoying this game
I like how there are a lot of buildings you can put your men in.
But there are some bugs on the map.
1. On this building, the one in front of the bridge in the center of the map,
your men get stuck on the side of the wall and cannot be removed from it. !

Update - For now, I will put sandbags there to stop this happening.
2. This building on the far right of the map,
it has only 1 door, but the enemy enter and exit through the solid brick wall on the other side !
Sometimes they seem to climb on the boxes.

Update - I will put sandbags at the base of the building wall to see if this stops this from happening.
3. Some buildings have windows that show you can put men there but the men cannot enter the building.
If you send them to the windows they just stand outside, not able to enter.
Update - have discovered on some, they can enter the building through the brick wall
of the building on the other side, but only can stand at windows on that side.Last edited by OVO; 12-08-2012 at 08:48.

True, there are many bugs with buildings I may ask the mapper Vashyo to see if we can fix some of it but some of those buildings would need either change of entity or replacement.

1 & 2 have similar problem caused by the platform I used on em, its really a problem with the entity. Will be tweaked a bit on the next patch which should fix the cover and the passing through walls. 3 is an issue with the building itself if I'm thinking about the same building, that building doesnt have any passage to the backside of the wall (very weird thing to leave out from the modeller). u can make a hole on the wall at the back and u can get in the windows though.

Hmm... Can anybody, please, tell me, if it's possible (and I don't really see why not), and, more importantly, how is it to be done to insert videos from MoW into MoW.AS conversions mod?
I have both games, but I like to play MoW original missions, so courteously provided by the maker of the skirmishes' conversion, on AS engine at times. However, I would still like to have the original videos automatically shown on missions' intro and outro.
