    Thanks OVO, I was waiting for confirmation that no more bugs had apperared with latest patch. Please let me know if you see any bugs/missing stuff.

    Is there a log file for errors when they happen in the game ?
    Have been getting a few lately on this mod playing from saves.
    They load good but error happens while playing.
    This happens on ultra or low textures.

    Can you improve the soldiers auto reload system ?

    When you select a group of soldiers and send them to the ammo crates,
    only a few of them end up huddled near the crate.

    The others stand outside the auto reload area.



    It takes more clicks to get them all tight enough around the crate to start auto reloading.

    This is a lot of extra fuss when the battle gets intense.

    It would be a happier war if it could be done in 1 ......... or 2 clicks.

    Enlarge the crate auto reload field / circle of influence ?

    Just wanted to say, that i am enjoying Neverending battles immensely! Very addictive for someone like me, who likes tower defense games

    Neverending Battles, version 2.3, Korsun Pocket, default Nations.
    Singleplayer, dvd version. MoWAS patched to 2.05.13.

    This is the error I have been getting of late.

    It happens only from a game save, after playing for a little while.

    It is only early in the game, only at 2nd line of defense, with only
    maybe 2 waves of enemy being stopped at this area by me and
    the defences; hedgehogs, mines etc.

    Can you see from the error report why would this be happening ?

    I have played Neverending Battles many times on my older computer,
    and never got such errors, just got slow frame rates.

    I seen that crash occur even in normal skirmishes but those quant errors usually result of too much of something but thats just my take on it.

    The new patch included more new high-poly models to replace the old weapon models I believe, these increases in poly amount and memory resources could be the reasons for more crashes. Luckily I saved all the old weapon models and might include them for 2.4 if they are the cause of the crash.

    I just played for 5 hours with no crashes from a save that was 3 saves before the saves that caused crashes.
    These saves can be like 10 minutes apart, like end of defence setup, incoming artillery, etc.
    or 30 minutes to an hour apart, etc.

    It seems there was a setup or condition of equipment or something on the map
    that the game could not handle for some reason.

    I don't think the new high-poly models are the problem.



    I have recently found where the game log file is - in your my games folder
    ..... \MY GAMEs\MEN of WAR - ASSAULT SQUAD\log\game

    In there, for the games loaded from saves that crashed I noticed there were a stack of repeated........

    "Attempt add order ePlayAnimation to linked or inactive entity "human[479:mp/ger/vehicle_supporter]" (eactor.cpp, 855)"



    In the log file where I played for 5 hours with no crashes there was not one instance of that text.

    errors such as attempt to board inactive are perfectly fine in my experience however Attempt add order ePlayAnimation to linked or inactive entity i dont remember as much but most of those happen in all skirmishes a lot and they are usually nothing to worry about.
