    Currently, from the 20+ GSM games I have played in AS I feel you should rework infantry gun damage and whatnot. The current gun ranges are very far and are very accurate, but almost all gun battles take place from >50 meters away so all the troops have pinpoint accuracy and 1 hit kill bullets. This makes for very short and uninteresting fights since no squad can move up without being destroyed in 2 seconds. Troops should have their range lowered as well as their gun damage. MG's are insanely strong and should be at least a 3 bullet kill, rifles should stay as a 1 bullet kill and Smg's should be at least 4-5. The vehicle MG's are even worse due to 1 bullet kill with pinpoint accuracy. Please take this into account for a later patch.

    Could you post where the entity error is coming from cause I'd like to fix it and play Soviets

    then its like in AS without mod where one MG cant make decent kills.

    in the current state you need 2 shots from a rifle / mg to kill a normal soldier and 3 hits for a elite soldier on the ranges you desribed (headshot kills instandly if the helmet is off the head) .

    Really? I have seen my buddies conscripts decimate my rangers with 1 shot each in Falaise 1v1. In AS a direct controlled MG can easily suppress and kill a squad but in this mods current state an m1 grand can kill n entire squad in the span of 8 seconds with the 1 shot kills. Since the ranges are set to 100 meters, the damages are increased to compensate for battles that take place at 100m. This results in 1 shot kills at anything below 50 meters since the damage is so high. Infantry combat is not as fun as AS infantry combat right now.

    i agree with penguofdoom on this one, i like the quick dying but this is a bit to much

    I hope u don't change the infantry stat, there are already other game with a fake simulation, see a soldier get 5 shoots before die is a bull****. This is GSM and from always is different from the others click and point game like COH, AS ecc.... Infantry can't run in front of a MG, need support, 20mm, artillery, mortars.

    I think the attack planes are to much expensive, 1000 point for 1 plane is to much and they are already limited so don't need to be limited again with the price.


    When i tried to take some bazooka ammo from a dead soldier the game crashed , only the dead soldier inventory was visibile and whe i clicked on the ammo i got this error.

    i was able to fix most of the Problems you guys mentioned here, sadly i wasn't able to put it in a small patch file , so i made a complete version with a patch included.

    Great work Blub!

    Been waiting for this mod for what seems like forever! Even the Skirmishes are awesome now!

    Also would just like to say, i personally have no problems with any of the weapons stats at all, been playing GSM since SHOWW2, and i know that you know what your doing! Ive never played such a realistic strategy game! Keep up the good work mate, realism all the way!
