Crash & Reboot with 1.81.2 patch
The game worked perfectly before the patch. (downloaded Steam version)
After steam installed the patch, it will crash about 2-3 minutes after skirm
scenario starts. I have not tried MP yet. Does anyone else have this problem?
3/13 - Uninstalled the game & redownloaded it again (1.81.2 ver. DLed)

Try to check your cache integrity in steam. (Right click on your game in the steam library, then preferences)

Already did that, no luck !!
I did go on MP & the game ran for an hour or so
before the crash happened. After the reboot,
Win7 told me that the network adapter driver had failed.
I restored & went to intel & DLed a newer ethernet driver.
I will try it to see if that fixes the problem. Let you know...
OK, tried it again in Skirimsh (crash & reboot) after about
2-3 minutes into intro game. Upon rebooting, I got a blue
screen with this file (APPFLT64.SYS) as main cause.
A discription of the crash from Win7 said this:

Is this a sound or video problem? Some change in patch 1.81.2 is causing this because the
game worked perfectly in ver. 1.81.1
ALSO: Most every time I start the game, it wants to reload my DirectX files.
Is this normal or maybe something is wrong with my DirectX?
Nope, went to Microsoft and they said I had uptodate version of DX11

3/16 update: My video card (GF9800GTX) does NOT support DX11 according to
Nvidia. But DXDiag says that is the version I have installed. Did the patch
make any changes pertaining to video cards or DX11? I have got the game to
run somtimes for longer periods of time but the crash, when it does happen
which is not always, comes at random times???

I ordered a new GPU card. An EVGA GForce GTX 550 Ti which will support DX11.
I sure hope this will fix the problem. I have been getting blue screens as well as
the game crashes that point to the Graphic Adapter going bad.
3/18/2011 Received my new card & installed it. I will know fairly soon if it wiil
correct the problem. Earlier today, before the new installation, my PC suffered
2 blue screens while on & doing nothing (I was away from my desk) so the problem
had been expanding into different areas....
3/20/2011 After installing the card & reinstalling the latest DX11 from the disk that
came with the card, I have played about 3 hours skirm (single) & 1.5 hours skirm (mp)
The game ran fine. Also after installing the above, i cleaned up the registry too....
