Entity - Player masking. What does it?
A entity can Set to a Player. A entity can Even get a Player mask. What did masking a entity As player0 or player1? When to use this Feature?

Re: Entity - Player masking. What does it?
quote from your last topic i replied.
To do some saboutage and spying mission stuff needs player masking!!
If you make your enemy as player 1 and your James Bond is player 0. You can make an enemy to ignore Mr. James by masking him as player 1. You can do anything, shoot, drive over the enemy. They won't shoot you. (I think)
To unmask our 007 there's an unmasking option on the enemy. I forgot it since im trying to write this from my head. Any enemy with this unmasking option, when they see your spy trying to loot some of their intel. Your spy player masking will change back to original player owner.

Re: Entity - Player masking. What does it?
Like in that German mission for Faces Of War, where you have to pretend to be an American soldier walking around the base dressed as an American soldier with some guy in a suit following you, and every now and then an American officer comes along and tries to spot you? So, THAT'S how it's done!! (I know, I should have looked in the .mi file - it just wasn't that urgent)
Cheers!

Re: Entity - Player masking. What does it?
From i remembered normal soldier has a normal unmasking. Which just unmask player off while they found player trying to saboutaging (shooting, planting a bombs) but officer has a special unmasking (only visual contact with masking player).
