"Fixed the barbed wire"
is not listed in the Preliminarily Change-list on page 1 for 2.05.12 Patch. ?!

In 2.00.10 Patch you "Added new 3d Model Barbed Wire" but somehow that broke it's effective use.
Before that change you could trust the wire in stopping the enemy.
After the change the enemy can just walk through it now, even many layers of it.

Please fix the barbed wire or write what its official design use or purpose for this game is.

I see barbed wire is not even mentioned in the manual.

I only play single-player, dvd version.
In multiplayer they can just blow barbed wire up with anti-tank grenades etc.

Any news about the non steam patch?

Non-steam patches seem to always come with a delay of one week or so. However activating the game via Steam is very easy (there are lots of guides here, too) and it'll guarantee your game is up to date at all times.

Congratulations to DMS for this patch. MoW : AS is better and better. Just one thing i must to say: the suspensions of the new 3d tanks models doesn't collapse when theire are hit. It looks better and more realistic. All others tanks from the game are corect damage model when are hit. Thanks.

I never figured out why so many people out there hate Steam. I'm pretty positive towards it, makes things easier for both the consumer and publisher. I'd like to hear some negative things about it in order to understand why some individuals can't just register their game and receive the updates like everyone else does . Or is it just a new type of gaming hipsterism ?

I like Steam myself but I understand why people don't want to be attacked with one more advertisement after closing their game.

Yeah but you can easily disable it from happening in the options menu.
