[WIP]Merville gun positions
Merville Gun Battery
Map info
Yet another map for my Platinum map pack which I will hopefully ready for download when MOWAS is out.
A map very loosely based on the Merville battery in Normandy, France. It features a gun battery which large gun bunkers and circling fortifications, such as sandbags and trenches. Other features are a small town bordering the battery and a lake near the center of the map. Smaller cap zones will be the odd farm and Anti-Aircraft position.
Around 500x400
8-12 Players
Screenshots are obviously heavy in construction so please note this when you spot all the clutter lying around the map.
One screenshot features a tank. Who can find it and even identify it?

Re: [WIP]Merville gun positions
I just have to make maps for this, also a good way to fight withdrawal symptoms from MOWAS now that the open beta is closed.

Is there a tank in the middle of the lake?

Re: [WIP]Merville gun positions
Yes. Appears you have found the secret tank that was hidden in the screenshot.

Man, Cat. I don't think I've ever seen a person make maps look so incredible.

Re: [WIP]Merville gun positions

Thx for the nice comments.
Adding a river and some branching of irrigation canals. Please ignore the weird looking water, this is just to check the water level.BaseRespawn blog (MOWAS tank combat guide):http://baserespawn.blogspot.com

Re: [WIP]Merville gun positions
Looks great, cat! I don't have much else to say, it's just that good! And I find it relaatively easy for the water level, so why does eveyone else have have so much trouble with it??? Anyway, good luck
