C: Try getting milkshape, and Soldiers Object Editor (SoEdit) to work, since, from what i've last heared, it seems to be the best way to create new vehicles, with out the costly 3ds Max program.

I don't make models for MoW, or S:HoWW2, so i cant give you a guide myself.
