Anyone knows how fix this..

i justo re download and re installed the game.. 2 times...

Resource Desynchronization.detected..
playing whit desynchronised resource could lead out - of / Sync error


... helpp....

I'd suggest completely deleting the game folder and reinstalling, might be some odd files left there even after uninstall.

C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\men of war assault squad

everything in there.

then when steam installs it and repatches it should be fine.

This might help, a easier way so you dont have to delete all your files or restart your game.
