    I get the error;

    Matrix for volume "body" is non-orthogonal or has non-uniform scale!

    Other than that the export proceeds, but MoW crashes when a soldier equips the pistol.

    Well I went back to it this morning and since then I no longer get the error report for volume body, now 3ds max 9 just tells me it needs to close due to an error and saves a backup of my object before closing.

    Nevermind, fixed it

    Hi,
    I changed the body_vol and select_vol object to standard primitive box. In the object properties of both objects you have to check "display as box" and not "renderable" It works now.
    Don't use dummy for volume.

    I hope it will help you.

    cheers
