Strategyinformer was visiting us lately on the 1C Prague'and'Play event, they are one of the very lucky few that got to try out the Men of War: Assault Squad. While presenting MoW:AS at the event, we shared some words with them about the game which they have now published in an interview:

Embargos for press ended today So in the next few days you will see plenty of previews and screens from upcoming 1C games, not just Men of War, but also Theatre of War: Korea and new Death to Spies.
I was at Prague press event too and played both Vietnam and Assault Squad. I must say the designer from DMS was a really nice guy.
Shame there was nobody from Vietnam team though, just the demo version to play. It's hard to do a decent preview from a game that's being shown for the first time ever and there's no demonstration, just playable version. Without the DMS guy who I could talk too writing the damn article would be really hard

From what I've been seeing and playing in the beta so far, the main expansion is going to be a must buy from me.

Well we launched our own Operation: Overlord during 1C's Prague'n'Play 2010 event, and we kidnapped ourselves our Russian by the name of Chris Kramer...
