[FoW & MoW] Bosnian Woods - Multiplayer 4v4 map

I proudly present my first multiplayer map made in GEM Editor. The map was originally built for Faces Of War. However, due to showed interest in playing this map in Men of War, I have adjusted it for that game too.

- In order to play this map online or on LAN, you must copy all the files from the downloaded archive to your maps folder. If you're a common user, the folder for all non-official multiplayer maps should be here:
C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Faces of War\resource\map\multi

If you cannot find the folder "map" inside of the "resource" folder, then just create it according to the address above. Once inside folder "multi", just create a new folder named Bosnian Woods and copy all the content from Bosnian Woods.rar to that folder.

- If you want to play the map in Men of War, you will have to install it as a mod. Download the mod from this link:

Extract the folder "BosnianWoods" from the archive and copy it to your mods folder which is located in the main folder of the game. If you don't have the folder "mods" located there, then just create it.








I really hope that this map will get into some favorites Because it would be fun to play it with people online. :booyah:

just noticed that its an FOW map, will you be making it playable for MOW?

I am glad that you like it I would love to make it playable in MOW, but I don't have that game yet... If there is any way to make it compatible with MOW without having the game installed, please tell me

Works with MoW, but no sky and sometimes you can zoom under the map We played about 4 hours with this great map in MoW !

thats good news, maybe one of the guys who are good at modding can work out the small problems with the sky and zooming under the map (please) ,

also get your hands on MOW as it realy does blow FOW away, and i was a huge FOW fan but find it very hard to go back after playing MOW!!!

GERI, i couldnt get the map to show in multiplayer on MOW , i tried applying the map using same instructions for FOW and i tried putting it straight into the mods folder too but didnt get any joy , can you tell me how/where you placed it in the MOW folder please

also ive had a look at map on FOW and think its very well made apart from being able to zoom through the ground, i look forwaard to playing on this map soon !!!

Hey people, I am really happy that you liked the map I did my best to make you happy I will buy MoW soon, so I will probably join you in the fights across the battlefield Anyway, about the sky and zooming under the map, I'm sorry to hear that but I really didn't know how to fix that problem Tried everything, read the tutorial and so on, but I didn't find a solution for that problem... I hope it's not a big issue :S

However, my new map will also be located in Bosnia & Herzegovina setting (north-eastern part of the country), with more valleys for tank fights. When I finish it, I will share it with you of course

its not a huge problem as i play most of the game zoomed fully out and not close to ground!
