How to lock camera
How make camera looks like in this screen, and lock it?

If your talking about mp or sp outside of Gem Editor then you cant unless you script it into a mission like Disaster in Tunisia.
But you can do that in Gem Editor just click Ctrl + F and you got First Person Shooter.

yes,only in the editor...

You can look at the original mission file to find the script. Most likely, it's rather complicated, so you may want to consider taking a look at other scripting tutorials, just to get the hang of it first. Then, once you understand the system, try to crack how it works.
