Yes this is correct. The vehicle will be player controlled in the next battle though. But during the battle it was captured, the game engine do recognizes it as a AI controlled vehicle. Not sure if this can be fixed by us (ie Jason) or not.

Even though the game recognizes it as an AI controlled vehicle, would it be possible to catch as to whether or not it is currently occupied by the player's units?
