I was able to play the game for awhile, but then I turned up some settings. Now, the game won't start, and I have no idea how to remotely change the settings. When I start the game, it either gives me an error about trying to access the "lastuser" or just restarts my computer using VPURecover. Is there a way I can remotely change my settings or at least remove the "lastuser" thing?

Yes I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling/redownloading, etc.

I have no idea what the registry entry is, and if you know it can you post it? I've tried searching for all the company names (Digitalmindsoft, 505games etc) and the game name itself.

Check your "My documents/my games/outfront 2 a2" there you should be able to find the settings etc.
