Rules for uploading files on the forums


Basics
1. DMS takes no responsibilty for the uploads processed to the forums.
2. The responsibility for the uploads, download links, website links belongs to the person uploading or posting, aswell as the author of the creation.
3. All files have to be checked by the uploader, poster and author of being valid, legal and free of viruses or other malware of any sort.
4. If the author did not allow the upload or posting of his creation, the poster or uploader of the creation takes the full responsibility of the content.
5. Persons who download files from the forums or any links posted in the forums or somewhere else on the website are doing this on their own risk and DMS is not liable for any damaged caused.
6. DMS tries to assure safe downloads but it can not be guaranteed and no liability claims will be accepted, if you notice an unsafe file contact the board or website administration immediatelly.
