I've brought it a fair few times, usually in combination with a tank for a speedy attempt at a capturing a zone.

I would like to see the 3HP infantry as something else as it is. It's pretty expensive - I don't think it has a clear function right now. It's not so tough that it could take fire like the elite infantry, but I suppose the unit is still meant for some expensive attacking.

I think also that they should add an AT-gun to it - maybe even a medium anti-tank gun (Pak 38, 6pdr, M1, Type 47, and for Soviets propably Zis-3). A bit heavier gun, Pak40 and those guns are a bit too powerful for this unit combo for this price. Someone in the squad should also have a bazooka, and the troops should have also some mines and sandbags with them. The CP could remain the same, as the only unit added in it is just an AT-gun and the couple of guys operating it. And shoop da whoop, we have a function for this - a 3 Hero Point Form-A-Line-Squad!

By buying this single HP-unit, you could get your defences up anywhere! At your own flag or some other place you need defencive positions - or you can also attack with it and have with you insta-counter to a counter-attack! Sub-Elite infantry would be good at defending, and they would also have the needed AT-stuff, sandbags and mines!

Rape is not a war crime. Let's not turn this rape into a murder.

Another way to give this type of hero units a spin could probably be in replacing a fifty-cal. half-truck by a 37 mm half-truck, like the me one recently added in the Normand's mod (formerly known as the BS-3 mod for MoW.AS) + an unarmored half-truck, purely for the sake of un-crippled pathing, with troops.

Don't judge me too harsh for that suggestion, I know it's not thought out well, and there are such units lacking at the moment - I'm just under a great impression of Normand's work right now .

    This.

I never, ever, ever bring in 3 HP infantry unless if I'm dominating or I need good infantry QUICK on a huge map. Definitely cost ineffective with their lack of AT capability. I'll buy 3 US marines over 2 Airborne units all day.
