    Linking Objects

    Is there a way I can link objects together in the editor? I know if I select a cannon and a car and use "g_link" it places the cannon into a human seating area and ceases to function, but is there a way I can attach them so both continue to act as separate entities but are stuck together?

    I know that hitting g_link over and over will shuffle thruogh all the slots, also if u place a cannon that has states such as firing or trailing on top of lets say barge then while both barge and cannon are selected u can change the trail to fire state and cannon will settle in for operation, however if done by itself with cannon or soldier it will crash.
