General News: Website update

[Instinct]

We are going through some website updates graphics wise and user interface wise. Though you will be able to normally visit our website.


Some core changes:

* Improved design of website and forums for better usability
* Integration of portal website in forums
* Integration of block forums feature, which allows you to disable new posts highlighting of certain forums, for example language forums you don't speak, if you select them in your forum user control panel they will no longer highlight posts on the main forum page
* Integration of better user interface for forums
* Changing from MediaWiki to DokuWiki, for easier interface and maintenance


Further plans:

* Further improvement of the website design
* Further improvement of the DokuWiki layout
* Further improvement of the forums style

I hope you're going to do away with that redundant page after a reply is made. The one where it asks us to wait or click here to see our replies, your post has been successfully posted, blah, blah, blah... :P . Waste of programming and time imo. I liked the old drop right to the viewed forum page after posting program much better :grandpa: .
