Bugs are bugs. Not balance. All bugs should be fixed. That goes without saying.

A broken Katyusha would be better to have as a HP than overpowered BM-8 you can always get as soon as the cooldown is off. The soviets have plenty of other units to win a battle. It's not like they even need rocket artillery let alone good rocket artillery.

Most factions have good units, so good, that many of them aren't necessary to win battles, so that's not a good argument at all. Hero unit that is bugged is, probably, the worst thing that can characterize a game as a junk, which I don't want to happen to this one.

How many patches did it take for the Black Prince to finally have its turret armour fixed? You know, the one that cost the same as the B4m mortar or Sturmtiger? There are bugs in games. They are eventually fixed if the developer cares about the game.

The Soviets already have a lot of very strong units. One bugged one does not make or break the faction. If you don't like it so much, don't buy it. There are lots of units that I don't buy because I don't like them, or I feel they don't work well in the game.

If you feel it is that awful a bug go to the support forum and report it.

A bugged hero unit is bad for the image the game makes, I believe.
It's like saying: "Ok, guys, here's the best stuff we have to offer", and then you roll out something that works every now and then, and gets stuck in a tree every so often, or drives over a tiny little stone and detonates. Kind o' fluffy, I would say.
What is forgiven to a basic truck I cannot and will not forgive to a rocket platform.

I like this unit, but I don't like its contemporary state. I thought, it's obvious.
