how do I increase damage and accuracy of guns
I've figured out how to increase range and I've set most of the guns accuracy to maximum but fx when I try to engage a squad of infantry the shots just land anywhere but at the infantry is it possible to further increse accuracy or is that simply beyond the limits of the GEM engine, also I realized that I need to increase damage of the guns does anyone know where I do that and lastly I increased the range of artillery to aprx 500m but the accuracy is way to much and it fires 6 shells simultaneously how can I make that with I'ts regular accuracy but keep the 500m range
these are the ranges and accuracy I set for the guns based on there caliber
20-37mm guns have 250m range,accuracy maximum (accuracy is good but with the 37mm I need to increase damage)
40-57mm guns have 300m range, accuracy maximum
75mm guns have 390m range,accuracy maximum
76-85mm guns have 400m range,accuracy maximum
88-93mm guns have 450m range,accuracy maximum
100-128mm guns have 500m range,accuracy maximum
150-155mm guns have 550m range,accuracy maximum
203-305mm guns have 600m range,accuracy maximum

While I am not sure about details most of that is under resource\set\stuff\ in gamelogic.pak however you most likely may have to define new accuracy/range presets for your needs.

I've done that and it works but another thing how do I increase the damage of guns for example lets take a Sherman M4a4 with a 75mm gun which has 390m range and a Panzer 4 with a 75mm gun at the maximum range the shells just bounce off even when targeting the rear how do I increase piercing power of the guns?

its either defintions that the gun or ammunition uses in stuff, u may have to create new definition for your gun or make it use another one already created, there is a lot of things u can define and specify but I dont know all that.

i think in the presets change the ranges of a b c d e and set them to higher levels since penetration power drops with range and the original ranges a b c d e is only about 180m so with the new ranges you put in, the range is too high and thus penetration decreases alot

another question on damage of weapons, i know projectile damage for bazookas and rocket based weapons means the penetration but what exactly does projectile damage do for tank guns? do they mean the damage of HE rounds? or the chance of hull destruction on penetration. but isnt hull destruction and etc based on the interaction entity files?
