Thanks. I actually used a combination of Beneton Movie GIF and UnFREEz which do their job nicely . Haven't tried GifWorks yet but looks good.

I'm currently short of time, if you could give me those variants without helmet I will add them

Well I had to remake them since I chucked all the frame scraps out after making the soldier icons, so they're not exactly like those with the helmets. I hope I improved them over those others though. And I made two sick icons so you would have a choice between the dry heaves or a chunky monday morning breakfast(lol)...



There was some interest by the German Soldiers forums admins in using the helmeted icons but I told them the icon originals were the property of Instinct. They were asking for permission to use some of them on their site. I didn't know what to tell them except that I'd ask Instinct about it....
