Perhaps Mow appeals more to the a little older audience, who grew up with computergames, but want something a little more complex. Properly a growing secment.

I went back and bought CoH and both expansions when they went on sale on Steam. I actually played through most of CoH and OF years a go and did really enjoy them. Going back after a few years, whilst the game still looks graphically good and it is fun, the biggest issue for me is a gameplay killer, and that is infantry combat. Its so frustrating because the combat is pretty close quarters anyway. people complain to the lack of range in MoW, but CoH is really small ranges, tanks dont even react to other tanks 50m away!
But back on point, the main issue is infantry combat. You can have a couple of squads at point blank range shooting each other and they take ages to kill each other! You flank a unit and pop up behind a wall to gun them all down, and they cant hit the wide side of a barn! So I have come back to Men of war because infantry combat on the whole works really well and is satisfying. If you get flanked at close combat you have had it, and so you should! Being able to just hit the retreat button so they run back to HQ at hyper speed is imo a bit of a cheat. If you have been out manuevered you should be punished, but the close combat in CoH is weak and broken.
I do remember playing a really good mod called Kmod or something? I remember that increased the zoom out and also pop cap but improved combat. I think however it got canned after some of the later patches.
So in all, after returning to CoH, for me CoH2 may look good, but the combat is really key, and MoW has so much to be proud of in this Dept. I think if anything MoW just needs to iron out the few glitches and improve presentation.

It's always nice to improve the game and get better graphics/etc. but I want to see broader range when it comes to playing (namely the Eastern Front when referring to Company of Heroes). There is too much focus on America in too many games... (Not to say that American shouldn't be included)

Their new feature list is pretty much a straight rip off from MoW. Vaulting over cover, repairable/recrewable and thus stealable vehicles, single shot disables or kills on vehicles, any infantry man can be dangerous to tanks with molotovs and AT grenades.
Don't know what the gameplay will be like, but there's a small chance that they might pull off a good game.Playing online as [EPIC]Nowotny

It wouldve been very cool if they blended Company of heroes and Men of war to make the ultimate world war 2 experience both have good ideeas, but by blending them together something very good will show up. But I guess only money is the problem because eventough such game wouldve been made producers want to get the most amount of money. Why can't it be like the good all times when all was simple.

That's not gonna happen, Both companies have their own vision of a WW2 strategy game, and putting 2 games like CoH and MoW its just gonna screw it up. Because Both Companies will try to do the game with their rules.
