Question about Men of War

OK, I have FoW updated to 1.04 but not the 'a'. I live in Mississippi USA and play the allies. (I'm an American, why not?) I don't play on line because I'm not fast enough anymore and I like to take my time figuring tactics and strategy. I love this game, btw, because it's as slow as I want it to be. (I tried CoH but the speed factor beats me. I'm not that fast, period.)

I understand there will be and update to this game shortly? Called, Men of War, is that right? (I've done a lot of reading on this board but am still a little confused about some things.)

Erm, what about the mods..?

Yes, there will be an addon to the series called Men of War and it will probably be released in this summer, or atleast we hope that it'd get out before Christmas :) So this will be a total standalone game, you don't need FoW to play it. :)

I agree totally with you on the tactics! It's more fun just to think about the next move, how to place the troops and when to attack and in which formation that should be done. Glad that there is someone else who thinks like me. :)
