changing guy's texture

Hi, im trying to make a mod and i want to change the texture of a guy, any ideas where i can find and replece the file?

1.what i need to replace the file?
2. where can i get it?
3.is there a website on how to change textures on ppl?

1. say \humanskin\eng_sniper\ edit the .dds file, eng_sniper.dds is the actual snipers skin, camyflage.dds is all of that follage hes covered in. #burned.dds is his burned skin, you can make extra skins for that soldier by making say "eng_sniper#1.dds" like for vehicles.

2. C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Faces of War\resource\entity\entity.pak then once entity.pak has been extracted \humanskin\

3. someone els can answer that i geuss.
