Exporter request.

Hey,
I have a lot of models for my mod, Modern Crisis, yet even after reading countless tutorials, I still can not understand, or even grasp the concept of bones, IKs, and exporting. I could really use some help, or at least someone patient who could teach me how to export weapons, ammo, vehicles, and etc.
