Hi i wonder when outfront is gonna release :) i am new here so dont shout on me that is already been told ok ? :P greetful for answers
In the addon mocie it said 'Fall 2007' but we are nearing winter. :S
Still 1 and a half months of "fall 2007" :realbig:

You'll be lucky. I have asked the same question myself but there is never a proper answer. It is also very difficult to search anywhere else for any news as 'Outfront' was the unofficial name of Soldiers so most searches for 'Outfront 2' turn up old news about Faces.
One thing you can be pretty sure of is it won't be fall (autmun for the english speakers :realbig: ) 2007.
This game would be top of my shopping list but I just hope there really is a game and not just a lot of enthusing by modders.

Our publisher is registrating the name rights for the game now, you may understand that we can't talk about it before this process is done.
After that there will be a global announcement of the game and propably a first release date.
Can't wait, Instinct, we are only impatient to see it!
By the way, I was thinking about this on the weekend when I was playing Soldiers: About the 'realistic modelling' of armour/ballistics etc - please don't make this a combat sim like Combat Mission type games. Sure, take away some of the lightweight chaotic nature of Faces but please keep it manageable and FUN like Soldiers...
I suggest also more active advertizing of the game. Now, I know that commercials on MTV2 are far-fetched, but... This game is nearest to perfection, in my opinion. And only one besides my Silent Hill and Resident Evil games, that I like playing more than once. CoH and WiC are eye candy only. Only tactic there is suppress than use support powers. Wash, rinse, repeat. When a person tells me that they are pinnacle of RTS's, i feel the urge to slap them :shady:.
So do try to advertize it more than Fow... If you want, i can make a exclusive reportage for my school newspaper :lol:

We atre still talking of a East only release of the expansion/ ad-on?
If so, will the game, in english, be available on-line . Will this be possible, or do we have to wait for the western publishers?
It would be a very bad move, after having a taste from the beta i can´t go back to regular Fow! And people don´t like to wait.. specialy if other sources are available.

There is no expansion pack for the West, only a new game consisting of 2 expansion packs.
Still confused. Will there be two differend discs which both contain expansion pack or just one disc that has both of the expansion packs together? Any idea about the disc space it will need?

so if igot this right the "soviets" gets it first (as allways) but in pieces :realbig:
and the rest of the world gets a hole game but has to wait a while longer???
anyway my real question is if there is going to be an expansion pack first is it going to be a standalone or do we need FOW to get it going?
It will be standalone, that means you do not need FoW, nor anything other 'xcept the game disc to get it going.
Well now, this has been said on the forums quite a number of times. May i suggest a topic "OF2 FAQ's"?
