Infantry Formations

Hi, i would like to suggest to use the same infantry formation controls like in the Spring rts engine (http://springrts.com/). When several units are selected, holding the mouse button will draw a line and each unit will move to spots evenly spaced along this line. The same can be done for an attack move order. This would make spreading out infantry much easier. Some players dont even bother to micro each soldier and lose six to a single mortar shell. I wonder if this could be combined with cover. Drawing a line through several covered spots instead of moving each soldier individually into cover would save a lot of micro effort.
