Medpacks

Hi Guys,

Not sure if this is the right place to post, but i will anyhow...

In some of the cool mods i've found there have been resusitation packs and medpacks. I've managed to work out most things in the game, but no matter what, i can't get them to work!! :brickwall:

Anyone know any better?

Medkits or Resurrection kits is only available for cooperative missions, dont work on single player missions.

I can't understand why the designers made those items useful only in multiplayer. Looks to me like they should be available in all game modes if for no other reasons than they appear in single player missions and you'd learn to use them before you tried it in a MP scenerio.

Another item I've never found any use for is the crowbar. OK, so you can use it as a club, big whoop. But it doesn't bust locks, you can't tear down a wall with it, and it does no damage to vehicles. What else is it good for?

Regarding the resuscitation kits you can use them if you load one of the (original) single player missions by loading the gam, going to Multiplayer - Create game - LAN game/Cooperative and selecting a mission. You can't save the game and if one of your guys is killed and you find a resusc kit you can bring him back to life.

Crowbars only work with enemy officers. As you know, officers are very concerned that order is maintained. So if you place a crowbar on the ground and an enemy officer comes along he'll spot it and say, "What lazy oick has left that piece of equipment laying around? I'll make sure someone answers for this!" When he bends down to pick it up you shoot him :insane: .

If you play only single player never will you use this medkits, but you can save game a lot times . If your soldier dies, then reload and try again....

But in Multiplayer Cooperative can not save the game, then players carry this medikits for resurrect his soldiers.

In Multiplayer Victory points or Combat has not use, if a soldiers died, then buy another soldier.
