Jagdpanther bug?

Played a game today vs gogy and killed his jagdpanther with my slugger, only got hull crushed so i focussed it for a couple more shots and got the "hull destroyed message", about five minutes later i see his dude repairing it and i'm like wtf why isn't that dead? So i shoot it some more, flank and get another "hull destroyed" message. Gogy then tells me he's STILL repairing it. Eventually it died completely because a stug accidentally shot it in the back and completely blew it up.

Why can the jagdpanther survive two hull destroyed? I assume this is a bug

when you kill a tank completely (hull destroyed) during repairing (hull crushed) the soldiers will finish his "repair" order - but you cant use this tank after repairing.

I have seen the hull destroyed message once or twice on a vehicle and still have it repaired afterwards. I think it's a very rare bug, and doesn't really have anything to do with the kind of vehicle doing the shooting.

It's not a rare bug for me. About every 5th tank I shoot "Hull destroyed" will be repaired by enemy again. And I really mean "hull destroyed" = no yellow arrow on mini map. Annoying bug, it only encounters in Assault Squad though. And I could also repair my "hull destroyed" tanks again quite a few times.
