I'd have to say the ground is a bit too flat for a city that was essentially a pile of rubble. Granted it's work in progress, but I'm just saying there should be a lot more debris, mounds of ruble and the like. Use stamps, height and textures to improvise. Google has great images. (http://images.google.ee/images?gbv=2&hl=et&sa=1&q=stalingrad+ruins&btnG=Otsi+pilte&aq=f&oq=)
I've done my fair share of messing around with a ruined city map. So good luck.
Just my 2 cents.
Great work! Are the destroyed façades from stock or are these new buildings? Is this the same project as the guys who intended to do new buildings as univermag? http://digitalmindsoft.eu/forums/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=2295&hilit=stalingrad+forum%E2%80%A6
Thanks, these are parts of buildings that were put together.
Thats a new project.

Wow this looks very impressive. So you are thinking next month. I hope in the single player missions you really can recreate, as best as possible, that urban fighting.
Also are you going to keep the units historical? For example, no tigers rolling into Stalingrad?
Keep up the good work. ;)

A minor note - ISU-152 was not used at Stalingrad, it was impressed into service sometime around December 1943... that's some 10 monts after Stalingrad. KV2 would be more viable option.
Hi HrcAk47,
thanks for the info :wilting:
Nice, 8 new missions. And we should not wait so long too. Very nice news. :toast:

It looks very promising I must say! Hrc already beat me about the ISU-152, but I can at least comment that the T-34/57 was rare in 1942, and I don't think they were even used at Stalingrad. Even if they were, a T-34/76 would be more appropriate. If you want the camo of the T-34/57, I think it is possible convert it without too much sweat to a T-34/76 too.
Also, I would advise you to ask for permission to use a T-34/76 '41. Men of War only has T-34/76 '40 and '43 originally, and neither would fit well into the Stalingrad theme. The '40 wasn't that common, and the '43 hadn't entered production yet. The BTRH team has made a T-34/76 '41 at least.
I did hear that 8 out of 1941 series (18) that survived Moscow, have been moved to Stalingrad with 8th Tank Brigade. They were extremely low on ammo, which was pulled from production until 1943, and what little ammo they had, the majority was HE rounds which were ineffective to begin with.
So, theoretically, you maaaaaaaaaaay have a T34/57, but anyway, it is better off replaced by a T34 mod.1940 or 41.

Hey guys, sorry, but there is a delay for four weeks (occupational reasons by Tyketto) !
Do you know this video ?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4bohy_dU ... r_embedded (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4bohy_dUD-s&feature=player_embedded)
^ Watched that video and the other ones too... Wut? There's a Tiger II and a T-34-85, the latter being introduced in early 1944 and there surely was no Tiger II in Stalingrad.
