Then read all the Stickys in the Codemasters Soldiers forum related to modding. Then look at other posts. Then start asking particular questions here and make yourself as unpopular as me. Two hints. Set up a 'test' mod, try different things. When they work construct an instruction file for that activity outlining the steps followed and save for future reference. It's amazing how quickly you forget things. Second, look at the 0.mi files for existing missions and mods. You'll learn a lot from them.
