Can someone make these Elite Cammies?

[no pictures including ns, ss, or any other nazi symbols please]

I tried making them in photoshop but I'm not that of an expert.
I'm trying to make singleplayer mission mods based on the battles the Elite fought. So it would be great to have these skins. Not only me but all FOW fans.

Or can someone make a tutorial on how to import modified skins?
