View Full Version : BMP cutaway?
Where can I find a cut away drawing of a BMP tank? I have looked through google 35 pages deep and I can not find anything. I need it to see where the different components of the tank are.
Well our modeler had interior done, i'll ask him once he gets online.
Creative solution would be to obtain Operation Flashpoint and take a peak there.

Or Armed Assault :p
I have both games. Oh If it think of all the time I spent making missions for it..
But installing the whole game just to see how the inside looks?

Well you can also have a look inside other vehicles, such as M113, too. And if I may say, once you have installed it and tried it out with ACE mod, you will need no other realism based games!
I think I tried ACE. Did not like it. Armed Assault is sooooo sterile. Like in Flashpoint all weapon sounds suck, always. And the camera rocks too much when moving. Apparently the developers did not get that the human brain is able to compensate for the rocking and the eyes are on susupension as well.
Oh and there is no armor angle simulation. So, MOW is the best Realistm game for me.
But about the topic:
Is there really no website that can roughly depict where the engine sits in a BMP? I assume its where the "grill" is, in front of the turret
I can confirm where the engine is with an image I found one of a real life BMP and one of a drawing.
