New Patch (1.11.3) Won't Install (1C)

I'm pretty sure my version of the game is the 1C Asia-Pacific version, because it has 1C on the packaging and I'm pretty sure my copy came from Asia. But, the official patch for the 1C version will not install. The patch says it is not intended for the version of the game installed on my PC. This has happened when my game was patched to the beta of 1.11.3, but now I have reinstalled the game on a fresh install of Windows 7 RC1 and it still gives me the same message. Any help?

Using compatibility mode with XP SP3, Vista SP1 and Vista SP2 does not help. The patch automatically uses administrator rights to try and install.

Try out other patch for other version. If it still isnt working you should contact 1c support.
Dont know if MoW runs on Win7 properly.

I got the exact same error. I am vista, verison 1.022.1 and it won't install on my computer either. I am gettng the same error.

Did you get it fixed?
