MP lobby improvments?

as the beta went open for gamespy users, the MP population spiked alot, this is making lobby very laggy, and thats with only 200ppl playing, seems like this game might get very popular MP ( lets hope for same succes as COH), then the current lobby will be not good enough, so are there any plans on reworking it?

lol No we will not lock it.
This matter is a good subject for "investigation". Developer would be inerested about users considerations, critics and suggestions about it.

I don't think the lobby is laggy.
Its only when your joining the lobby (logging in) that it takes 2-3 seconds before you'll see every player.
This could also be an issue with your Internet Line.
But I've seen a bug (I don't have a picture), where one of my added friends are still shown in the lobby, even as they ain't online.
This could also be a local issue, not server related.
