Today I finnaly played my first match I lost against a jap but I saw an intresting feature in-game. The i (information) icon on the units, right clic on it, and there was a small description of the tank, and after that, the tank stat(frontal armor, gun, side armor, penetration , etc)

It would be nice if this info was compiled into a library, a new option to the menu, to read it in peace (It´s really hard to read when the japs are headshoting all your infantry)

What do you think...It will be like age of empires encyclopedia

Yeah, something like that would be very nice. Especially if it was coupled with a model viewer where you could rotate the object and zoom in and out.

Really?? They expect you will take time to read an info file on enemy vehicles and such while you're under or on the attack?? That's a sure way to get yourself deaded http://i150.photobucket.com/albums/s108/MadCatOmni/Soldiers%20emoticons/soldier_wilt.gif

Don´t worry Mad Cat, it is simply up to yourself if you want to take the time to read it or not. If you want to read the info, you must click on a small symbol to do so, if you doesnt click this symbol, you simply buy the unit ASAP. No-one is "forcing" you to read the info file if you don´t want to do so. I think you should try out the beta (if you have a key), it isnt exactly the same as SHOWW2 (which I never played online) but it is much much closer to SHOWW2 than FoW ever was. Now tactics really do count... you just can´t stand front to front and blast away at each other.

It will also ad some weight to the realistic aproach of MoW, knowing about tanks, their upgrades, their up an downs are a nice add-on. And don´t foget the "Historical junkyes"

As FederalSM said it is a good idea to add a dedicated menu in the game main menu. A sort of musem like in Silent Hunter 3 or Age of Empires. In this case users may study all vehicle available ingame in advance and a bit of history.
This will stop parents to say that videogame player will not learn anything playing games. :whip:

This was also featurued in the games made by Monte Cristo, Desert Rats VS Afrikan Korps, D-Day and Battle of the Bulge.
This would be a great benefit to the game! :D
