Hi,
Got a question about the demo. Remember that? LOL
How do you pick up the wounded guy to put him in a vehicle?

I like Soldiers very much, btw. Thanks guys.

I think you just had to drive the car nearby the hut where the soldier is and then a trigger should activate resulting that one of the AI fellas drives away with the wounded and the car... I might be wrong cuz last time I played "Officer" was about two or three years ago :D

No problem, the car I used should be in a garage about 300 generic units from the hut to North-East.

I didn't need those pics, mp5_sd, but, I enjoyed them. It was the 'U' instruction that helped.

I can't seem to beat this demo. There sure seems to be a lot of micromanagement here, too.
How about some help to get me going...
I think I like it better then FoW, so far.

Well the key to victory is to take out the Panzer IV that approaches you in the first wave. I took it out with a lucky shot from Sherman. Other way to take it out is to flank it with bazookaman and let it have what it deserves!

Then if the Pz IV is still "ok" in means of not totally blown up, switch your tank crew to it, it is much better tank than the Sherman, so if you can get it repaired, just flank the approaching Panther and repair it too if you can.

This is only one of the multiple ways to complete the mission.

I can't seem to obtain any other men. Do I only have the 3 tank crew to work with?
I've tried clicking on a number of soldiers and dragging a box around but all to no avail.

I remember you only had the 3 men inside the tank... The tank only needs two men, loader and the gunner. So dismount one of the crewmembers from the tank and use him as your Hero. :yes:

You should get some reinforcements later on.
2 extra guys before the wave with the Panther arrives and 2 tanks and 4 men once the timer runs out.
Hope I didn't spoil anything for you.

No, you guys are doing OK. I understood that reinforcements would arrive eventually.
So, I only have those 3 guys. Hmmm
I found the mines, I found the extra tank ammo, I found the 'rocket launcher'/bazooka.
Now, I gotta use one soldier as a hero, huh? Sheesh, here goes...

Oh, but you don't have to give up. You can still play the same mission in SHoWW2, just click the Bonus missions tab in Main menu and select the map called Officer :twisted:
