How will this work with a new computer?(downloaded FOW)

I got a new computer and I have the downloaded version of Faces of War that I bought from Ubisoft online and I was wondering how will I be able to put my Faces of War game from my old computer too my new computer since their is no CD? :?

I have the key for it but their is no disk so I don't know how to put the actual game onto my new computer....Do i need to re-download it or something? :huh:

Do you have a folder which contains the downloaded game? And one that contains the installed game?
Copy the downloaded folder on the new hdd, and install the game.

If don't have a disc, you can make one with Ultraiso.
