Hello everyone. Forgive me if this is the wrong section, but I looked around and didn't see a "welcome thread."

I've had soldiers for awhile but just recently got into playing online (after much adieu getting it to work,) and just wanted to introduce myself and thank all you fine gents for sticking with this game for so long. I'm currently attending college for digital media and animation and am learning to use 3d programs*; hopefully this will lead to me being able to mod. (Maus tank anyone? :twisted: ) Anyhoo, I'm off to install the BTRH mod and check it out as most people play with it online anymore.

Thanks for the welcome all. I have a couple questions that I forgot to ask.

Does anyone have any idea what software would be causing my wave volume control to turn all the way down when I go into a mission right after loading? My interface music is also linked to it, so when I'm having an MSN audio conversation it will turn it down along with the music. I can minimize the game and turn it back up after it's loaded, but it kills the in-game music and is extremely annoying :brickwall:

And the other question is, just out of curiosity, why can I only join certain servers on Gamespy arcade? Sometimes a server I could join a second ago is unjoinable a few minutes later. :x

You can only join server green colour, if server is red colour, then this game is started and you can not join.
