The game I mentioned here is the first addon of MoW in Russia. Well, I noticed there is a thing called Encyclopedia in this game, but was never able to locate it. From the tips I knew I should right-click on something, but where? Or this feature is only for MP/Editor mode? Anyway, I will feel a little pity if a GUI is always hiding from me. :D
