What exactly is Men of War?

Hello. Sorry if it has been asked before. Been browsing the forums, haven't exactly found a concrete answer.

What is the game Men of War supposed to be, compared to Faces of War? I have seen the videos of Men of War, and it looks like the same exact game as Faces of War.

Perhaps somebody could elaborate for me?

I love Faces of War by the way, even though the many problems it has... and have also loved Soldiers: Heroes of World War II in the past. Great games.

Basically its an English version of 2 Expansions made for Faces of War. It's repackaged as a brand new game.
