Annoying Training accident

So, I'm playing the faces of war campain. I have re-installed it so I need to do the tedious training lessons again. My guys are on the range And i blow up a tank. The turret comes pin wheeling towards my guys and hits one of them. :laser: . He dies. Then it says traitor and they all start shooting each other. Another incident is when my guy was throwing a grenade. I just took control of him and he was ho,lding the grenade back. For some reason he didit throw it and boom. Yes half the squad is dead :baseball: . Anyone had anything similar?

I will reply with a couple of CoD remarks:

- 5 second fuses actually last 3 seconds.
- After the pin is pulled, Mr. Grenade is no longer our friend.

Solutions:

1) Step away from the vehicle when blowing it up.
2) How 'bout releasing the finger when throwing a grenade?

I let go of the trigger when throwing the grenade if you read it. But he just lowered his arm and boom. And there's no need to be condescending.
