Patch 1.04.1a

Ok, I installed this patch a few minutes ago. Apparently this mod i have only works on that. But when I click on faces of war, it comes up with a message saying wrong disc inserted, please insert the original faces of war disc. Usually, I dont even have to put the disk in. So i put the disc in and clicked retry and it came up with the same message. HELP! :x

Maybe its securom again, maybe, i got the problem one time, and it was a program "super copier" who made the mistake, i've deleted supecopier, and it works

hmmm my fow wont work unless ive got the disk in my pc!!! and i remember a mod (unsure which 1)saying it worked with the 1.04.1 but not the 1.04.1a, hope i helped somehow!

1.04 is ment to require your disc.. It DOES NOT contain a No-cd.
Unlike SHOWW2's latest patch which I think is No-cd.

Hurray for no-cd patches! The latest ArmA patch is kind of that and it really makes life easier! I do hope the MoW have one someday... :roll:

Warcraft 3 also got No-CD in their latest patch.

Tho, Securom has never been a good friend...
It blocks a lot of programs, but there is always a work-around.

Diablo 2 and Lord of Destruction got No-Cd patches too.

Outfront2 Multiplayer-part works without any CD/DVD (only Registrykey is needed).
Outfront2 Singleplayer-part is protected by Securom (i think :huh: - never played).

hope MOW have the same system with 2 different executions. :?
